Biography
Selwyn studied civil engineering at Cornell, UNSW and MIT and was a chartered engineer before qualifying as a solicitor. In 2003, he received MIT's Morgan Award in recognition of his sustained excellence in MIT's Educational Council activities. Selwyn practices law focusing in the areas of corporate finance, including IPO's, mergers and acquisitions; commercial and construction litigation; and arbitration. Selwyn was a visiting lecturer with the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong where he taught criminal law, public order and civil liberties.
Selwyn is the Head of our Corporate Finance Department.
