Biography
Wilfred specializes in land and property area. Wilfred possesses extensive experience in dealing with various kinds of property-related matters and represents real estate developers in project conveyancing and finance, tender and auction transactions as well as corporate sale and acquisitions on real estate aspect. Apart from conveyancing matters, Wilfred is also experienced in handling and advising on disputes and litigations relating to land and property issues.
Wilfred holds a Bachelor of Business degree, a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. Wilfred is also the Legal Advisor of Hong Kong Gifted Education Teacher�s Association.
Wilfred is the co-head of our Property Probate and Trust Department.
