New Jersey CPA firm Magone & Company joins Alliott Global Alliance

This appointment strengthens the alliance’s North American accounting alliance and follows the recent affiliation of law firm members in Texas (Platt Cheema & Richmond) and in south Florida (Barakat & Bossa). Further growth announcements are anticipated in the region in the second half of the year as the alliance pursues other strategic growth opportunities in the US and Canadian mid-market accounting and legal services markets.

Founded in 1992 by Nick Magone, the 40-person firm offers audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services to a range of high-profile clients mainly in the automobile, healthcare, hospitality, tech, wholesale distribution, real estate, construction and not for profit sectors.

Highly regarded in the region for his audit and business advisory experience, Magone has testified in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and served as an expert witness for damage claims and fraud. He is a frequent presenter to professional organizations in the U.S. and abroad, and an active member and speaker for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In recent times, Magone was also awarded the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Well-known to existing member firms in the U.S. and Europe, Magone has prior experience of the alliance with a former member firm.

Further development of the alliance is planned in key commercial centers across the Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast regions.
