Biography
Biju is the founding partner of Counselence and has an experience of about 25 years advising Indian and international clients. In the in-house role, he was a legal counsel with IBM, Wipro and Ranbaxy. He was a lawyer with Norton Rose, an international law firm, and was based in London, UK. He has vast experience in advising clients on corporate transactions in India and cross-border transactions.
Bijuhas also represented his clients as a nominee director on the boards of companies in India, UK and in the USA.
