Biography
Ms. Miloshevska graduated from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius State University in Skopje in December 2002, majoring in Legal Studies.
She carried out her legal profession pupillage starting April 2003, and passed the bar exam in April 2005 and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since June 2006; she is currently working as attorney at law at the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.
She is member of the Executive Board of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, and she is the firm's authorised person for protection of personal data.
Commercial Law and International Law, focusing particularly on issues related to Trade Companies and Labour Relations.
Her special interest lies in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Labour Relations and Trade Law.
She represents clients in a number of civil cases, especially in the area of Labour Relations and Trade Law, where she has demonstrated success and managed to end all employment and Law on Trade Companies cases she was responsible for in the course of the last year in favour of her clients.
In the Law Firm, she is responsible for the Department of Payment Orders. And she organises and controls timely and efficient legal protection to a number of clients, renowned companies in the country.
She represents domestic and foreign client in front of courts and other authorities in the country, ensuring maximum professional protection of the rights and interests of each individual client.
She is responsible for proceedings for the protection of human rights in front of the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg.
She is responsible for the work of the firm's Department covering Trade Law, Probate and Family Law, Foreign Citizens Employment, Medical, Pension and Social Insurance, Damages Compensation and Insurance.
She is proficient in English.
