I am specialized in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate law and national and international commercial contracts.
Often assisting investors to assess investments and help the target companies to develop and become ready for exit.
I have board assignments in different public and private companies, such as Board member of Fingerprint Cards AB (Company listed on NASDAQ/OMX), Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Sweden. Chairman of the Election Committee of Fingerprint Cards AB and previously during several years Chairman of the Election Committee of Mr Green & Co AB (Company previously listed on NASDAQ/OMX). In addition thereto I have board assignments in a few private companies within the gaming industry, private equity and IT.
