Biography
Graeme has specialised in UK Immigration Law for over 40 years, covering all aspects of Immigration (excluding Asylum) including companies wishing to obtain a Sponsors Licence to employ foreign workers, Skilled Worker Visa applications, applications for Global Talent Visas, Start-Ups and Innovators, Founders, Global Mobility Visas and Family applications.
He has been recognised in major Legal Directories as one of the foremost Immigration Lawyers in the UK for many years and currently receives recognition in the Legal 500 Directory, Chambers Directory, Who's Who Legal Corporate Immigration Guide 2024 and is recognised as one of 'The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom' in the latest edition of this publication.
A prolific speaker at Conferences and Seminars worldwide, Graeme Co-chaired the IBA Global Immigration Conference in London held every two years between 2003 - 2019. He is a past co-chair of the IBA Global Employment Institute, and was Chair of the Immigration & Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar Association from 2000 to 2004. He is also a past President of the Bury St Edmunds Rotary Club.
