Biography
Julian is Head of the Ellisons Employment Team.�He has over 30 years of experience in the law including over 20 years as an Employment Law specialist. Julian is an accredited Workplace and Employment Mediator as well as a general Commercial Mediator. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Julian represents clients from all over the UK, as well as from Europe, Israel and the USA. Julian has consistently ranked as a Leading Individual Lawyer for Employment Law in the UK Legal 500 and the Ellisons Employment Team is ranked tier 2 for the region.
Julian has significant experience in all aspects of Employment law including representing employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal, advising on complex litigation, boardroom disputes, discrimination issues, as well as TUPE issues associated with service contract tenders, business mergers and acquisitions and insolvencies. He advises on employment mobility issues across different jurisdictions, particularly in Europe, working closely alongside the Ellisons Immigration Team. He assists overseas businesses to set up and expand operations in the UK.
