Biography
Paulus focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on venture capital transactions, start-ups/growth companies and funding rounds. His experience includes numerous M&A transactions, representing clients on both sell and buy side deals. Paulus also has notable experience in advising on day-to-day corporate law matters, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Additionally, Paulus contributes to client steering group and board work. Paulus works with a wide range of companies ranging from start-ups to publicly listed companies.
Prior to joining Byro, Paulus worked in two boutique law firms working with corporate and M&A engagements. Later, he was a legal counsel at a major real estate development and holding company acting as responsible lawyer for several business units and also advising the company management on a wide variety of corporate topics.
