AGA Appoints Joana Sousa as Alliance Engagement Manager

Joana joins the London headquartered alliance on a full-time basis, where she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of alliance engagement. Her primary focus will be to support multi-jurisdictional matters while nurturing the relationships and engagement that keep member firms active and connected. 

Joana brings a wealth of experience in marketing communications, event management and business development gained from working at top-tier Portuguese law firms such as CMS Portugal and Morais Leitão, as well as from her time at several international executive search networks. Fluent in English, Portuguese and German, Joana’s diverse skill set, and multilingual abilities will ensure she transitions seamlessly into this vital role.

Joana takes on the role following the retirement at year end of Jenny Ringrose. AGA extends its gratitude to Jenny for her outstanding contribution to the Alliance over many years.
